Email for all your Cloudflare domains. One inbox.

Every project needs email eventually. Give your Cloudflare domains, apps, and AI agents real inboxes without adding another mailbox subscription.

Human inbox MCP REST API Webhooks

Your first three domains are free. Pro is $10/month for 12 domains, then $1 per extra domain. Agency is $60/month unlimited.

The difference is the product layer

Cloudflare gives you the pipes. FlareMail gives you the inbox.

Cloudflare gives developers powerful infrastructure for routing, sending, and processing email. FlareMail turns that infrastructure into something you can actually live in every day — one inbox across the domains you build with.

Cloudflare
Infrastructure

Powerful email building blocks.

Great if you want routing rules, Workers, APIs, and low-level control — and you’re comfortable assembling the experience around them.

  • Email Routing

Route incoming mail to verified destinations or Cloudflare Workers.

  • Workers + APIs

Build custom logic, processing, and application workflows around incoming email.

  • Email Sending

Send transactional email from applications using Cloudflare’s email tooling.

  • Routing rules per domain

Create addresses, destinations, forwarding rules, and catch-all behavior.

  • You assemble the experience

Infrastructure gives you the primitives. The inbox, search, human workflow, identity management, permissions, and daily UX still need a product layer.

Best for: infrastructure, application email, transactional sending, routing, and developers who want to build the layer on top.

FlareMail
The usable layer

All of that infrastructure. Finally usable.

Connect your Cloudflare domains and get the product layer: one inbox, real identities, search, replies, privacy controls, AI, teams, and agent-ready workflows.

  • One inbox across your domains

Stop forwarding every side project into a pile of unrelated personal inboxes.

  • Read, compose, reply, and search

A real mailbox experience instead of stitching the UX together yourself.

  • Domain + alias management

See the projects, addresses, identities, aliases, and mailboxes you run in one place.

  • AI + agent-ready workflows

Summarize messages, draft replies toward a goal, and connect supported MCP/agent workflows.

  • Privacy + FlareMail Shield

Remote-image blocking, authentication evidence, and mailbox permissions without building another admin system yourself.

Best for: founders, indie hackers, agencies, and builders who want Cloudflare-native email without building an email product first.

Built for people with too many domains

Email infrastructure without the infrastructure headache.

FlareMail turns your domains into real, usable inboxes — then adds automation, privacy and AI on top.

01

Stop forwarding everything

Every domain deserves a real inbox.

Send and receive email from your own domains without duct-taping forwarding rules onto another mailbox. Search conversations, compose replies, manage attachments and keep each identity exactly where it belongs.

Your domain collection is not the problem

Bring every domain. Manage them in one place.

Connect project domains, side-project domains, client domains and the domains you swore you were going to build something with someday. FlareMail gives you one control center for domains, addresses, routing and mailbox identities.

3 domains free. Pro is 12 domains, then $1 each. Agency is unlimited.

FlareMail Reply with AI on an email thread. The goal is to get three available meeting times, with quick-goal chips, a generate-reply action, an AI draft marker, and follow-ups at day 4 and day 8.
03

Stop babysitting email threads

Give the conversation a goal. Let the next reply chase it.

Open Reply with AI on the thread and name the outcome. FlareMail drafts the next message toward that goal, and can follow up at day 4 and day 8 if they still haven't answered. You keep the send button.

Read your mail without reporting back.

FlareMail detects tracking pixels and gives you control over remote images before they load. You decide what your inbox reveals — not the sender.

One inbox. Six kinds of chaos.

If you own more domains than you have patience for email setup, FlareMail gives every project a real identity without giving you six more systems to manage.

Illustrated portrait of an agency owner
Every client wants a real address. None of them want another login.

Agency Owner

Client sites, campaign domains, internal tools, staging projects — and somehow every one needs an email address.

FlareMail replaces

  • client alias sprawl
  • multiple logins
  • forwarding rules

I'm not buying a mailbox that outlives the project.

Indie Developer

You launch side projects faster than traditional email products can justify another monthly subscription.

AI / Agent Builder

Your agents already touch code, data and workflows. Email shouldn't be the one system trapped behind a personal inbox.

Agent-native email

Give your AI this inbox. Not a second mailbox.

Connect Claude, Cursor, Grok, ChatGPT, or your own agent through FlareMail’s hosted MCP and API. A named key can read, draft, and send on the account you already use.

Search can start at support@mycompany.com. A live key can also open billing@mycompany.com.

Pass mailbox:support@mycompany.com to look at one address. Lock a transactional key to a sending domain on /api/v1/emails. OAuth is one scope: email.

Waiting in Drafts

Ask for a draft when a person should send. A live key can still call send_email. A sandbox key never delivers.

Search

Agents can ask for one mailbox instead of rereading the account.

search_emails({
  query: "mailbox:support@mycompany.com is:unread"
})

And inbound email still arrives in that inbox. FlareMail Shield is how you see what it is. Read how Shield works.

FlareMail isn’t an AI that happens to read email. It’s the email infrastructure your agent connects to.

FlareMail Shield

Your inbox should not phone home.

Privacy and mail intelligence built into the inbox. Evidence when you need it — not a claim that we stop all phishing. A connected agent reads the same mail you do. Shield shows authentication, links, and reputation on that message.

Privacy

Remote images stay put

Tracking pixels and remote images are blocked until you load them. Your open should not report back to the sender.

Authentication

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC as facts

Show original and Analyze delivery read the stored headers. Absent data is called out instead of guessed.

Link intelligence

Look before you click

IP URLs, punycode, and display/destination mismatches surface as evidence. Tracking links are not treated as malware.

AI safety

TypeSafe/Jev at action time

Instruction-attack checks run when you ask AI to summarize or reply. They do not scan every inbound message.

FAQ

The stuff you want answered before adding DNS records.

Is FlareMail replacing Cloudflare Email Routing?

No. Cloudflare Email Routing remains part of the mail flow. FlareMail adds the browser inbox, search, organization and sending experience around it.

Do I need to maintain an IMAP server?

No. The product is specifically designed to avoid the traditional IMAP mailbox-server setup.

What exactly is free?

Your first three domains are free. Each can have the domain email addresses you need. Pro is $10 per month for 12 domains, then $1 per extra domain. Agency is $60 per month for unlimited domains.

Is Pro really capped at 12 domains?

Yes. Pro includes 12 connected domains. Additional domains are $1/month each. Agency is $60/month with unlimited domains.

Can I send from my own domain?

Yes. Sending from connected domain identities is part of the product experience.

Can an AI agent use this inbox?

Yes. Settings → Bots & MCP connects Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or your own client with OAuth 2.1 or a named API key. Live keys can read and send. Sandbox keys log the send and do not deliver. The agent docs walk through the setup.

Can I self-host?

Not today. FlareMail is fully hosted — we run the Worker, D1, and R2 for you. The codebase isn't public, so there's no self-host path to deploy right now.

The domain already exists.
